Mr Alexander Taylor. Mr Neilson

Mr Neilsons complaints the same as before. Rheumatic
and the stitch suddenly seized with lately muscular like the
rest - If it continue to recurr, taking blood by Cupping, or
a blister or both may be necessary. For other Complaints
repeat the Dovers powders avoiding the vomiting as well
as you can. For that purpose he should be laid down before
he takes the dose. The Powder should be made into a
bolus, & swallowed in a wafer and laying very still after
he should not take any liquid for an hour or more, or
perhaps till some sweat comes out. The Palpitation of his
heart I take to be a Constitutional nervous symptom
of little consequence. --&c
