I beg the favour of you to wait one Dr
Cullin and acquaint him that I have been bad
with the piles the dry kind these 3 months I have
them both inwardly and outwardly I feel something
like swelling inwardly when I walk but can walk very
little I am very uneasy when in Bed with a pain
in the small of the Back near the end of the back bone
they are [Eathy?] and painful outwardly but not hard
I have used Diffrent things but little Better.
I have been so often releived by Dr Cullins
prescription that I still have hope he
will order something that may help me
[If] he thinks of giving me any thing
inwardly pleas acquaint him that I {illeg}
take no medicin but what is both a Stomac[ic]
and Diuritice I am so trobled with bad Disgest
let the Dr understand I am still using
the likuid to my Breast it is a little bitter
but not much the pain at the Bone still
continues as soon as I have done with it
I will write to the Dr for further advise
till then I will remain his Debtor
