Penrith 9th. May --
Sir

The bearer of this Mrs. Parker
the other Day showd me her Breast, which appears
to be in a Schirrous state, and as I wish her
to have every assistance which her complaint
will admit of, have recommended an immediate
application to you for your advice & assistance,
and at her request to take the liberty of adressing
you for that purpose. ---

My Brother in Law Colonel Robinson who consulted
you last Summer for a troublesome flatulant
complaint still continues to be plagued with it.
His engagements with his Regiment would not alow
of a journey to Cheltenham, but as he is now
out of the service perhaps he may be tempted to
go there this Summer -- I am Sir with great respect

Your most obedient humble Servant
Anthy Harrison
