Reply, for 'Mrs Parker'. Mrs Parker suffers from a schirrosity of the breast. Cullen recommends medicinal and dietary solutions. He also recommends Mrs Parker refrain from wearing 'hard stays', and to opt instead for softer bodices. The letter also mentions 'your friend Colonel Robertson'. An annotation at the end of page six reads, 'turn over', though the content is missing.16 April 1782

Reply, for 'Mrs Parker cont.'. Cullen states that after the preceeding letter was sealed (see document 530), he learned from Mrs Parker that she had complaints other than her breast. Mrs Parker's additional complaints are a 'heat and uneasiness in making water' and a stomach complaint. Cullen therefore advises on those additionally to the complaint of her breast. 17 April 1782

Letter from Anthony Harrison, concerning the case of Mrs Parker, 'who consulted you a few months ago for a schirrous Breast'. Harrison reports the hardness in the Breast is 'at least at a stand, if not lessened' but also notes the unfavourable appearance of 'ichoric' symptoms and the enlargement of Mrs Parker's abdomen with accompanying breathlessness and thirst.15 June 1782
