The pain in My Breast, tho it has been for
the last four weeks - More Unenterupted yet
has been less Violent & rather a Constant Un¬
easyness- A Cross the Breast & high up- the
shooting pain through to the shoulder has
been Gone for four weeks
A looseness has Mostly been a Complaint
in this Autumn & winter- & more Par¬
ticularly Violent from the Midle of last
month, till a Week ago- & Indeed it
has reduced me both, in strength & Flesh
a Very Uneasy sensation, has Come on - both
in the Night, & afternoons of late, [Viz:?] a pal¬
pitation at the heart Which Prevents sleep
[Page 2]
Malt Liquors shall be qiven up- & wine
has of late heated me- tho only one Glass
to have Abstained from it - & never drank
but sometimes, a little Porter - tea [Indeed?]
I shall lament the want of - and know
not what to take, in its place - as I fear
my stomach will not agree with Milk
& I have nothing but Chocolate to Try
Riding on Horse back- when I can
always relieves, & Raises the spirits
But till within those last six days
haue been Unable to leave my room
I am now not free from looseness, tho it is very
much Modderated- yet it is, I think still the
length of a Weakening Enervating Complaint
[Page 3]
A Blister has always been a
most severe & painfull aplycation
to me- & for the time, it is unheated up
Intirely deprives me of sleep- However
if still desired shall be Obeyed
