Dear Sir


Since my return from
Edinburgh my sores are much enlarged & at
times painfull –– Your advice I showd
to Dr. Marshall & Mr. Stenhouse, the medicines
prescribed have been regulary applied
every evening & morning –– I am very
little abroad the sores on the penis rendering
walking uneasy
–– Dr Marshall is unwell
& not coming out – Mr Stenhouse visits me
daily –– As I have lived ↑very↑ temperately
& have not taken much exercise I am not
much troubled with head-aches
. ––––


When I see Dr. Marshall or Mr. Stenhouse
shall desire either of them to write You ––

I generaly drink some Milk immediatly
from the Cow in the morning, & use a
good many vegitables in my Diet ––

I am with the utmost Respect
