Mrs. Younghusband

I was favoured with yours yesterday but
as no Post went out at night I could not [answer]
you till today.

Mrs. Younghusbands recovery gives me
the greatest pleasure and I must congratulate
you upon the success of your good management
for I really think you have had great merit
in it.

I hope Mrs. Youngh[u]sbands recovery will
go on as it has begun [but] She must be weakened
and I am clear that her recovery may be
secured by the use of some tonic medicines and
such a prescription as I would recommend I
have put upon other page. I have no doubt
of Mr. Younghusbands honour and I am with
great regard Sir your most Obedient Servant
