Your answer satisfactory & I think my Ladys Constitu¬
tion in a good state & that a final Stoppage may take place in a
manner that will do no harm, & I imagine that it is not yet
come to that period - Go on with the medicine ordered. When
her Ladyship has taken the Powders for a fortnight - she may
intermitt them for a fortnight then by them anather (another)
fortnight - I hope her Ladyship will have no occasion
for the Pills but if necessary it is proper for her Ladyship to
take them
