Liddel about Dunbar.

the new symptom does not alter my opinion. It is
but another modification of the general nervous af¬
fection. All proceeds from a fault in the lower
belly
but the nature of that, not positive about.
Worms possible. But not positive, & the new symptom
with the pains from smart physick makes the best
remedies for worms, at present improper. Per¬
sist in the Limatur. increasing dose as before to
what he can easily bear. It is good for worms. &
give a weak infusion of Columbo with valerian
to wash down -- Keep his belly regular & if he
can bear nothing stronger keep to 1 Sulphur but
the oleum ricini I think is the thing for him.

For the weakness of his limbs, you have I dare
say tried frictions, & you may try semicupidium
& if not successful, try blistering.
