Sir

I always suspected that your ailment
might be obstinate, but I shall make one other
trial to cure it. On the other leaf of this
sheet I have given you a prescription which
you may cut off and send to an Apothecary. I hope
it shall be useful to you, but if it is not, after
a fortnights trial, you may again let me know

I am
sir
your most obedient servant
