Mr.Dirom

Dr Cullen has considered the report from
Mr. Dirom and is glad from thence to find
that he is not affected with any gravelish
disorder
and therefore that Dr Cullen
has no occasion to change the measures he
↑formerly↑ proposed to him.

Now the Doctor is more ascertained in
his opinion. He thinks Mr. Dirom may safely
take in place of wine, once a day Punch pro¬
viding it is neither strong nor in large
quantity.
