Sir

I am favoured with yours of the 6th.
but from being for Some days at a distance in
the Country I could not answer it Sooner.

After considering your full information
I have the Same opinion of your ailments which
I had formed at first and I don't find that
I can give you any better advice than I gave you
in my last. Cold bathing and Sober living will
in Some time mend your constitution and comĀ¬
plaints as far as they possibly can be.

You write as if you had inclosed money
in your letter, but I truly found none in it,
and at the same time I could perceive [no marks?]
of its having been opened by any body else I
am

your most Obedient Servant
