The Consultation Letters of Dr William Cullen (1710-1790) at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh

[ID:501] From: Dr William Cullen (Professor Cullen) / To: [ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN] / Regarding: General Scott (Patient) / 22 November 1774 / (Outgoing)

Directions, in note-form for 'General Scott', with recipe for laxative pills. Although the mode of address changes from “you” to “his” it seems likely that this is a symptom of the method of summary and that General Scott is both patient and addressee. Case-book transcription which appears to be in Cullen's own hand.
