Sir

After what you have told me of your state
during Winter I have no doubt of its being sufficiently
safe for you to take the Sea bathing during the
Summer. I don't expect it but if it should happen
that the Bathing occasions any pains of your
kidney or other symptoms of bowel you may
then lay it aside. Wishing you all health I am
