Mr Tait Query Kincraig.
Dear Sir

I was favoured with yours only yesterday, & am sorry to find Kincraig
does not mend as I wish, but am clear that you should still persist a
little in the uva Ursi & more certainly in the Laxative & the Anodynes.
In answer to his questions, I am clear that he cannot with safety
meddle with Adam's Solvent. If I thought a medicine of that kind
were safe for him I could advise a better. I am clear too
that Pitkethlie water, would not suit his case, but I believe
that if he can be properly accomodated a month of Goates whey
would be of servise to him, & it is by no means yet to[o] late to
set about it. With compliments to Kincraig & his Lady I am Sir.

Your most Obedient Servant---
