To Miss Aiton

I am much disappointed in the Castor oil but I wish
you had told me how the pills answered for if they answer
properly I would have you take them even at other times
than those I mentioned. Could you bear still a larger dose
of the Castor oil? If you can I wish you would try it
again even to the quantity of two spoon fulls. It is absolutely
necessary to keep your belly regular & I am afraid you may
be negligent in having recourse to injections, please thereĀ¬
fore to write me again about the pills & Castor oil if you
try it again Your diet & exercise I approve of very
much &c. &c.
