The Exercise begun must be continued with [amuse¬

D.r Askew's Pills for ordinary & occasionally Dr Millars.
When setled soluble Tartar. -
Emplastrum Calidum for the crown of the head - -
Diet ex medica materia
A Camphire Pill

Heat & Cold -
Rubbing the feet & legs. --
Dr Askew's Pills for ordinary -
Dr Millers for a Laxative -
After Askews Pills the following Pills & mixture -
Take two scruples of Camphor, one ounce of Assafoetida and one scruple of Sassafras mucilage as suffices for 3 or 4 per dose at bedtime.
Take two ounces Aqua Pennyroyal mint, one ounce nutmeg, a drachm of Volatile Aromatic Tincture of Valerian, three drachms of Crocus Syrup, two spoonfuls [per?] dose.
At times the following Drops
Take one ounce of [pure?] Volatile Tincture of Valerian, one or two teaspoonfuls per Dose
When the perpetual blister dries up
Emplastrum Calidum to the Crown of head
Exercise by a Journey.
No strict Diet but heavy things & increasing costiveness
to be avoided, Garden things recommended with some caution.
White wine & water preferred but on condition strong {illeg}
apart & small 2 pints allowed. -
Porter also but with doubt sweet wines preferred.
Tea disswaded. Chacolate & Cocoa Tea preferred.
Water to Port or Madeira -
Cool Air advised. -
