I received your favour of the 7h with the
Materials mentioned & bege leave to returne yow my Eest¬
maint for the Very funds Mention yow have been [pleased?]
to pay to my request which will al your former favours
I shal ever retain a greateful sense of & with pleasure
{illeg} repy - I am present most sevairly diss¬
tresed
with al my former Compliants which I find yow
have not forgot and Should deem my self Very happie Could
I Receive my relife this I have great hops of having the
highest sense of your Valuable advice which I shal
on every occassion Most strictly observe -


I bege leave to informe yow that I am Most greatly distressd
with an almost Constant swair pain in my head attended
with Excessive Sickiness -- the {illeg} Eruption
on my
face and the trouble in my Stomach are if possoble
[worse than?] ever -- - -- in My last letter Informed yow
that my poor mama wose most Seveirly afflicted with
a Very great Swelling in her leggs & feett

with a great difficulty in her breathing as the swelling
his Continued for a Considerable time without ever at beat¬
ing it prevents her liking any beverige which his
hurt her health much and as she is at present so Wok{illeg}
by a swair Cold that she is not able to goe [there her Room?]
known your Emenance & high abilities she is most
Anxious to hear your advice & assistance which
Permite me Intreat yow wil be so Very kind as
favour use with & I Shal with the greatest pleasure
make every greatful & {illeg} returne to your fav ---
