Sir

I am under the Necessity of requesting your further Advise
relative to my Gravel Complaint, since I last heard from you
which is about 14 Months ago I have passed very large Quantitys
of Gravel ↑&↑ three seperate Pieces about the Size of a Kidney Bean
each, the Pain I suffered was so great that I was under the
Necessity of making frequent Use of the hot Bath; this I think
has nearly cured my Rheumatick Complaint. The Gravel
Complaint is attended with no Pain or other Inconveniency than
very bloody Urine when I ride, this is an Exercise and Amusement
that I can not relinquish without the greatest Regret, therefore
I beg your Advice what I am to do in this Situation. --

I am
Sir
your most obedient & humble Servant
