Dear Sir/


according to your directions I took
the medisons you orderd, and
it had such a good affect I took
a table spoonfull every evening
as you ordered and I received
so much benefit of it the first
five or six days I believed in two
or three days more I owd been
quite clear of the fleem
but it did not continue. I took
four bottles of it I have not
taken any this ten or twelves
days I am sum nights obliged
to turn out of bed it is so troub¬
lesum The inclos'd I hope you'l
