Dear Sir

Mr Williamson finding his {illeg}
daily decreasing, determined, in the month of April
upon a journey to Bristol; but in his way was
seized at Chesterfield with a violent flux of
blood from the
Lungs which reduced him
so much that he died there about a fort¬
night after. Before he left York he complained
of a vexing irritating cough, but with hardly
any expectoration, so that probably some
Tubercles more than formed. The family
informed me that they would order a friend to
call upon you and make their acknow¬
ledgements, which I hope has been done. I in¬
close you a case of some singularity,

and am,
Dear Sir,
your very affectionate servant
