Dear Sir,


Miss Mary Pearith has twice, at
the Distance of eight Weeks, discharg'd with
her Urine bloody matter
, which continued two
or three Days without affording her any materi¬
al Ease; this Change was preceeded by slight
shivering, quicken'd Pulse, much Soreness in the
Region of the Pelvis and great Inability to
move or retain more than 2 or 3 ounces of
Water in her Bladder - since the Suppuration
which happen'd last Saturday she has kept
her Urine longer but complains heavily of
acheing & Pain in the Part as if a fresh ab¬
scess
was forming - She has taken the Ci¬
cuta
and Extract. Hyosciami as order'd by
you with great Resolution & Perseverance &
I am sorry to add without any apparent
advantage having never been 12 Hours

On account of this material alteration
Ms: Pearith & Family beg your further
advice, which I hope to be favour'd
with upon the Receipt of this & re¬

Miss Mary Pearith has twice, at
