concerning the tumour on Lord Salton's Neck.


1. How long is it since it was first taken
notice of


2. Upon what part of the neck exactly did it
first appear.


3. Of what size was it when first observed.
and to what bulk has it now arisen.


4. such tumours are commonly of a round
globular form and stick to the part by
a small neck only. How far is this the
form of the tumor or does it spread out flat
and broad.


5. Is it had or soft. If somewhat hard
does it however yield to pressure and upon
taking away the finger does it readily rise
again or if it is soft does it feel as if it

contained any fluid.


7. Is the colour of the skin upon this tumor
anywise changed from the natural colour.


8. Do any veins large or small appear on
it


9. Is it ever painful upon being any how
touched.


10. Does it at all effect the motion of the
head whether back or forward.


11. Are there any Tumors or veins on any other
part of the body.


12. Is it known whether any of his Lord¬
ships progenitor were ever affected
with any such tumors.


13. Is his Lordships health in other
respects perfectly good or is he liable to
any ailments.


14. What is his Lordships age.
