My Stomach swells to a great height some¬
times, and such a pain in it that it is
just like to rugg my heart out – And
then for a little it eases.
I force myself to Vomit and that gives
me relief.
All my meat that I take goes instantly
to water and after meat I am so uneasy
that I must instantly force it up by
vomiting.
Will Sea water do me any good?
An ounce of Elixir of proper vitriol. 2 drachms of Thebaic Ticture. Mix. 50 [or?] 60 drops for a dose.
