Miss Senhouse of Nether Hall 29 Nov. 1778
Has sores on each foot the outside of the right
hand, one finger of the ↑same↑ hand had a sore
but is skinned over, there is a hard swelling
on the hand and finger.
Above the left elbow there is a large ab¬
cess, without inflammation or signs of
breaking; is very soft and seems to spread.
The parts are very painful to the touch,
and are affected by cold air.
Frequently in the day is seized with
twichings in the lower extremities, which
give her great pain.
Had a Complaint in her bowels, and
tenesmus; is much troubled with ascha¬
rides; these cause tenesmus. She took
toasted rhubarb in two grain doses twice
a day ; her bowels were relieved, but the
tenesmus still recurs at times.
Was much emaciated about a month
or five weeks ago when but is now much
fatter; is in better health; appetite good;
and sleeps well
Remedies left off six weeks ago when
she first had the complaint in her bowels

Applications changed. Wash milk and
water --- Poultice bread, milk, and
fresh butter --- Is to take the asses milk
immediately
