Her Draught & heat has Incrassed since Nine O'Clock
last night when MrJack Sent her Assafetida Pil's to take
She ↑took↑ [two on?] last night, besides a few Gutts of
Laudanum, but
Rested badly all night -- The above I imagine has Stopd
the Diarea in some Measure & it has not had the desired
Effect in general Respect. As her fever has [rialth?] Increassed
with the Burning Heat over all her Skin and her Tongue
Dry & Parched, ↑even foul↑, so that I am hopefull this Descreptein with
what Mr Jack Discribd yesterday will inable you to come
at the Root of her Desease --- She thinks if [↑the↑?] Ball in
her Throat (which Mr Jack Calls Histerick) was removed
Her Appetite & Health wou'd return, pray forward the
Express [adeiu?] in hast.
She thinks all her Ilness proceeds
from the Ball in her Throat that gives such Pain, then [was?] Delicat
