Wooler June 24th. 1776
Sir


I wrote you some time ago Informing
you then of the state of my health, & now I take
the Liberty of Troubling you again which I hope
you'l Excuse, & if Can have the opportunity of giving
me a Line with your advice shou'd Esteem it
a particular favour, My Tongue Continues Remarkably
Foul, & there is still a wasting of Body with &
great stuffing at my stomach & spitting sometimes
mixt with a speck of Blood, these are my Chief
Complaints, I have some notion of going to the
{illeg}to Bathe & drink the water but befor I do
this am very Desirous of having your advice
which will Greatly oblige
