1. Exercise in an easy machine


2. Diet abstaining from Acesents & heavy Meats


3. In Drink abstaining from Ale Cyder & Wine except Madeira
ordinary drink Toast Water or [Ginievre?] & Water --


4. Three ounces of soluble tartar in one pint of water three times a week -

5. Take one and a half ounces of powdered heads of [lesser cornflower?], one drachm of shavings of nutmeg, one ounce of Spanish soap, and a sufficient quantity of syrup of balsam. The size of a nutmeg two or three days [when empty?]
