Cullen

The Consultation Letters of Dr William Cullen (1710-1790) at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh

[Case ID:87]: Case of Mrs Mackenzie who has been suffering from menstrual irregularity, an abortion (i.e. miscarriage) and various, carefully reported stomach pains and related symptoms.

The much later letter, dated 1783, appears to refer to the same person, and relating to the same illness, hence their inclusion together.
