He is now about 60, and has been generally healthy, bar skin eruptions on his arms when he was younger. He believes his ailments are the result of gout not travelling properly to the extremities, so prescribed a medicine 'I have found most effectual for determining the Gout to the extremities and relieving the internal parts'.
