Reply, 'For Sir James Murray, Bart.', of Clermont. Sir James has been suffering from costiveness. Cullen gives directions and prescriptions. Some pen-practice. Patient is either the 5th Baronet (d. Feb 1769) or his great-nephew, the 7th Baronet, who inherited as a teenager in 1771. The former seems more probable, as the latter was often abroad in the early 1770s before going on campaign to America, and the ailment and treatment seem more fitted to an elderly person. | 1768? | |||
