To Mr Ker Concerning Mr Kennedys Son

The two circumstances mentioned promise to be favourable
but make no alteration in my advice of January 28, only if at
the time I proposed to employ the Chalybeate there should be the
appearance of any irritation & uneasiness from Teething, at such
times I should think it improper to employ the Chalybeate Powders
