Not long ago, I received a prescription
of yours, in the hand of Miss Cullen, and
Miss [Marchant,?] respecting the Case of my
Sister Mrs. Fortescue; previous to which, I
had wrote for a description of her Case,
from her family Apothecary; I now inclose
it to you, for your Advice, which I beg,
if possible, to send me in course of past:
The effects of the Syrup cannot yet be
known, As I have not received Account
of it being come to hand: Be pleased to
receive. inclosed 2 guineas and am very Respectfully
