Reply to Alexander Mollison, concerning Mr Burrow, the Collector of Customs at Port Glasgow. Cullen approves of the treatment given so far for his 'dazzlings' and 'musci [sic] volitantes'. In the postscript he advises that 'I formerly had dealings with Mr. Burrow know he is not a regular Payer, but now I shall depend upon you.' (Recipe is mirror-image on the back of the 2nd page, but also on a separate sheet on the next page).
