Letter to John Hunter, concerning the case of an unnamed young gentleman 'of a lax and delicate constitution' who has been undergoing mercury treatment for syphilis. Cullen emphasises that 'he is a regular and sober young man and nothing is to be imputed to any tresspass in his manner of living'. He and Wood are sending the young man to consult Hunter in London. Cullen also adds to Hunter: 'We cannot conclude this letter without telling you, that now you are a man of Property in this Country we expect you will visit it'.
