Mrs Burrows on January [11th?] was complaining & for some days
before of a generell pain over the Abdomen, Sickness
at her Stomach, with Recchings to Vomit, Which on
Some days After Were more confind to the Lower parts
of the Hypogastrium, & [ospubis?], her pulse was generelly
Frequent
, & Rather costive in her belly


Having her Menses on hir, Evacuations tho a little
Indicated Were then omitted


A Cooling Saline Mixture with Diluents and
Afterwards With the Addition of a few Drops of the
Tincture Antimonial: & Elixir Paregoric:


The Costiveness Was Assisted by an Injections and
Afterwards by an Opening tisan, another time with
Rubarb & Magnesia


Warm fflannels with a Bladder and Warm Water
were used with some, tho no Remarkable Release at
Night generally She [had?] 15 Drops of the Ligned Laudanum
With a few of The Spirit Salin Aromet


About the 15th The pains Were Easier but generally
about 5 in the Evening a Chilly Fitt With subsequent
fever & Sweating, her stomach bad with nausea try'd
alight Infusion of the cort peru but upon the pains

fixing more in hir back about the Kidneys and uterus
it was omitted on the 19th her stomach was much
uneasy & Turn'd by What Was thrown up to be
Loaded with Phlegm, She had that Evening about the
Return of the Chilly Fitt a small Dose of Ipecacuanha
Tincture
Which operate freely. Next Day was
Rather fatigued With it & complaining a her back
to a Sowerness of her Stomach, She had a cup of Lime
Water
some limes, & in the Evening the Saline Mixture
With 40 gtt. Elixir Paregir to 6 ounces, of this She took
near the half & had an Easy night Sweated a good dele
& is free of pain this forenoon


Hir urein Is crude & thick of midling quantity
made Without pain & no appearance of Sand
tho
Something by the course of them along the Ureter
seem to Indicate those past mostly Affected any
Motion that Imploys the [Musculi Lumbares?] gives
pain or at lease Increases it,


Her pulse is not frequent in the mornings or
the fore part of the Day, generally after the 5 in the
Evening
I shall write again of any thing new
in her complaints occur & am Sir
