Dear Sir

I had the inclosed by this this day's post
from Mrs. Dunbar, your younger Patient's Mother, if you
think that in consequence of her information, any further
directions will be necessary, my servant shall call for
them at any hour in the afternoon that you appoint.
and I shall send them north by this nights Post. I have
been in bad health for some days so I would have waited up¬
on you myself --- The Quack that Mrs Dunbar
mentions was a Country man that gave the Child
some sort of nostrum the nature or name of which
I know nothing of. But it seems Mrs Grant and Mr
Boswell were cured by his medicine if such disorders

as she imagines her son's to be which made her employ him
the one was a Grown Woman and the other a boy. She seems
anxious that you should be inform'd of this circumstance --

I am with sincere esteem
