Sir

I have nothing to add to the Inclos'd
but that Mr Mr Fleming proposes to continue
James's powders two or three days till we hear from
you, he begun the Dose at 2 grains & never ↑gave↑ more than
three. She used to complain of a heat in the back part
of her head which she had frequent attacks of, but that
appears to be quite removed as she has had no symptom
of it for two days past. The Costive habit is return'd, &
she has never any Inclination for food. She takes a tea
cup full of milk in the morning & at night, sometimes a
roasted apple or a few prunes. She never complains of
sickness, but what she calls Oppressions at the time she
has hot or Cold Sweats on her feet or hands, at other
times she thinks herself quite well. I beg your further
Directions as soon as Convenient & am with regard

Sir
your most Obedient humble Servant
James Simple
