Dr Sanders For M. Greggan

Take one drachm of Spermaceti, and two drachms of hard Sugar. Grind together well and add two ounces each of mucilaginous Gum Tragacanth and Syrup of Lemon, four ounces of Rose Water, and mix. Label: the Pectoral Mixture, a Table Spoonful to be taken three or four times in 24 hours when the Cough is troublesome.
