See letter 5822 where the text of the letter is almost identical (it was instructions to Capt Wedderburn's friend Capt Scott (Case 2365) - "In bathing he must go into it pretty .." down to "necessity may seem to require", "during the bathing & drinking" down to "take a few glasses of wine" and the paragraph referring to travelling to East England. Transcriber used this letter to identify problem text within the poor copy.
