For Mr Colvill
Take one drachm of Gum Arabic, one scruple of white sugar, 5 grains of sodium carbonate. Mix into a powder and let there be made 5 doses for an emergency. Label: Cooling and Strengthening Powders are to be taken disolved in half a pint of Spring water every day
