Letter concerning the case of Mr Ross's son, who seems to suffer from a 'loose belly' and a deficiency of speech. Cullen regards it as a symptom of 'the weakness both of his body and his mind'. While his physical symptoms are treatable, Cullen wants the child to stay in Edinburgh for some time for his mind to be treated. Poor copy.
