Reply concerning the case of Miss Jeanie Campbell. Cullen gives advice on treatment, exercise and diet, for the suppression of the menses, chillblains and cold feet. He recommends electricity, 'The execution of all this is to be left to my friend John Anderson'. 'Dr Stevenson' is written at the foot of the letter - the addressee. The last page and prescription are in Cullen's own hand: 'Here my amanuensis has deserted me when I thought I had time to finish'.
