Sir
I am sorry to find your ailments so obstinate but it is
not uncommon for a Gravelish ailment to be lingering
[Page 2]
and from slight causes off and on. However we must neither
despair nor cease to take pains to abstain relief which I hope to be
obtained by medicine tho not very suddenly. After two months
of the Lixivium I can not bid you continue it longer at one time
but I have given upon t'other page another prescription which
you must continue for a month. -
