cularly what is the State of her Stomach with
respect to Appetite and Digestion, the State of her
belly whether bound, open or loose.? ---

3. Since this ailment came on, has any issue been
employed, & what kind. Perpetual or Pea Issue or Seton?
how they discharged & what effet on her trouble.

4. Have any nervous or Strengthening Medicines been used - & what.?

5. Her time of Life if ostensible? - married? any children?

6 Her original Constitution? fat or lean? strong or weak?

Edinburgh IV. Non. 2 December
1778.

Notes:

1: It is unclear if this is the usual abbreviation for 'concerning' often employed in these casebook heading.

2: This is obscure, but may indicate the use of the Roman method of calculating the date by counting backwards from the first day (Kalends), of the month. If this is the case then the date is 27th November which fits in with the placing in the casebook
