For Mr Sturrock.

It is not the bile in your Stomach, that produces your giddi¬
ness, but it is the state of the vessels of the head which both pro¬
duces the giddiness & the bile in your Stomach. Therefore just
continue to follow my former advice, & particularly the Solution
a little longer. When the 6 week's course is finished, if you be
not much better, you must take a journey of 2 or 3 weeks
which is the best thing to set your constitution right.
