The Consultation Letters of Dr William Cullen (1710-1790) at the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh

[ID:4020] From: Dr William Cullen (Professor Cullen) / To: [ADDRESSEE UNKNOWN] / Regarding: Mr James Sinclair (of Latheron) (Patient) / 20 March 1777 / (Outgoing)

Reply 'For Mr Sinclair of Lethering' (i.e. of Latheron).. Dietary advice for Mr Sinclair, who has blotches and eruptions on his face. An aperient recipe is included. Probably a summary of advice given at a personal consultation (rather than a posted letter) because an associated letter from Sinclair to Cullen dated 10 April suggests that Sinclair had seen Cullen in person in Edinburgh prior to travelling home to Caithness.
