Nothing more proper than to continue the course already
begun - It requires time to shew its ↑good↑ effects - You have done
right in increasing the Dose of the Cicuta and go-on, only
always making sure of the quality of the Medicine -


As the Mercurial Pill has had no sensible effect
you may continue it, as you are always at hand to
watch its touching the Mouth. Till it does so, she
need [I?] not be confined more than she has been ---
