I doubt if she used the Pulv. Dov. in the proper manner.
I have ordered below some Pills which I am persuaded might be of
service to her if she could be prevailed upon to use them for some time
& the weather now being good, she will go frequently abroad to take
Exercise --

Take one drachm powdered root of Colombo, half a drachm powdered Russian Castor, one and a half drachms gentian Extract, use a sufficient quantity of gum Arabic Mucilago to make a mass to be divided into single pills of four grains each. Label: Cephalic Pills 3 an hour before dinner and 3 at 7 in the Evening
