Letter from Robinson Foxley, concerning the case of an unnamed clergyman, aged 60, in Manchester, who suffers from urinary tract problems. His most painful and pressing symptom is priapism. Foxley expresses his admiration for Cullen's publications, 'although the Doctrines therein contained have been critically and unkindly canvassed by Dr. J. Browne and his prejudiced adherents'. Payment is to be sent via a Manchester merchant, Mr. Ogden.
